there's a lot of justifiable cynicism about the Heisman trophy being a meaningful award now

He was the best player on the best team. Which is the common trend with the Heisman in the last decade. Dont blame me for questioning whether or not he deserves it, blame the idiots that voted for Jason White, Troy Smith and Chris Weinke that caused the trophy to lose credibility.
