Recruiting will be alot easier in Florida as well. Also, Tampa > Greenville, NC.

No the winner of the Big East goes to the BCS. The winner of Con USA plays in Liberty Bowl.
Plus you need to do some research on South Fla. It is one of the largest student bodies in America. A great location. And where I want to teach I graduate from college.
