I felt better after the Florida game than I did after last night

Any other Bama fans feel that way? UF was the monkey on our back and we spent an entire year preparing ourselves to beat them. When they did, it was a thing of beauty. The win was nearly flawless. I was as high as a kite after that game.

I really think what Saban said about the US hockey match against Russia is very true. We beat Russia in the SECCG and we beat Finland last night. It was an ugly game, but we won when we had to. Anyone else feel that way?

Saban got them ready for this game AFTER a HUGE win over FLA. Props to Saban. But if you can't feel very well about winning a championship, you need to check your pulse.

No, you're not the only one. Florida was a much more satisfying win. Alabama dominated them for all four quarters instead of barely holding on to beat a McCoy-less Texas team. Heck according to an ESPN poll, 54% of the country didn't think we would have beaten them with a healthy McCoy. It was a pretty unsatisfying win considering everything that was at stake.

The SECCG was a perfect win. I felt strangely dissatisfied with the win last night. Extremely happy that we won and feel there's pretty much no doubt that we're the indisputable NCs, but the performance only lent fuel to the haters.*
