I think the PSU player did have bad intentions. The LSU player got the flag because he was forceful with another player after the play was blown dead. Anytime refs see a ruckus they're going to be focused on that. I honestly believe the refs would have made the call against PSU if LSU had just lined up for the next play. He had all the choice in the world. The penalty should have been called the moment the ref noticed. "When in doubt it is a foul". Everyone knew what was going on.. I think the ref fudged it accidently.
