Never officially named him CIW, even though I believe that was the desire at one time. However, Garrett's name has really cooled the last couple of years. He has called some boneheaded games recently. I think Cowher should be Jerry's biggest play. Do whatever it takes to get Cowher to consider an offer to coach the Cowboys.
