that when Nick Saban does television interviews, he always uses his hands! He moves them around constantly and it pisses me off

I use to sale cell phones back in the day. I sucked hard at it at first. My boss taught me how to use hand signals and I started making shite tons of cash.
Think about it though. Hand signals = body language. If you learn how to use hand signals correctly, it shows great confidence and persuasiveness.
