Assuming we claimed national titles with more liberal views on what qualifies us for them, we could claim many more than 1957 and you can take that to the bank.

Go back and check out Auburn's 1983 season and tell me why we shouldn't claim it. We have several minor polls and in all honesty the resume beats the crap out of anything Miami or Nebraska had.
