As time goes by things dont seem as bad for the tigers. It is clear that the offense sputtered this season. The play calling was terrible, and Les Miles made a huge mistake against Ole Miss, he simply fell asleep in the last 2 minutes of that game. Given the chance he redeemed himself against an Arkansas team that had won 4 games in a row and was playing solid football. The defense made great strides this year and I believe will be stronger next year under Chavis. With a new OC , another solid recruiting class, with a full season under his belt Jefferson will be much better. I believe R. Shepard will run wild next season. With Murphy, Ridley and Ford in the Backfield we will be solid. I look for RR and D. Peterson to be excellent receivers. Im just a fan, and I could easily be wrong, but i feel much better about next season

Maybe I am not aware, but did Crowton get fired?

I think that the O-line needs to mature quickly over the offseason. Out of Blackwell, Hurst, Faulk and Lowe, some real men need to emerge.

Maybe LSU will get an instant contributor from the JUCO ranks.

The D-line should be solid with Nevis, Downs, Edwards and Agahury. I got a good feeling about Brockers since he showed up at training camp as a svelte 290lb DE with long arms.

The only time he is awake is when an assistant grabs his arm and shakes him.

Loved ESPN's ref to Mallett's being amaz'd. at the field's "crown"...everyone here in AR blames TS for his inability to throw accurately!
