"As a coach, I always like winners," Dungy said. "Tim Tebow doesn't have the classic throwing motion, he doesn't have the accuracy, maybe, right now that some people are looking for, but I think when he gets into a pro system that really stresses throwing the ball accurately, the big thing is he makes the people around him better. And he's won. ... I think he's going to be a great player in the NFL."

I'll believe it when i see it, until then i expect to see Tebow to fail in the NFL.

+1 exactly why would he say oh i hope the kid ends up sucking. nobody wants that, i hope he does do well, i just dont think hes an NFL QB when i watch him play

Agreed. Although if there is any one player who I think can succeed off of sheer determination and will, it's this guy. I just don't think it comes as being a qb.

Why would Tony go out of his way to make the compliment? He could have just as easy say that we will have to wait and see if TT will be successful. Look at all the other announcers and draft guys who have already come out and bash Tebow. Why assume that TD is a liar???
I also put a premium on winning. Guy's like Vince Young are just winners. It may not be cute, it may not be fantasy stats but the whole team gets better when he's in the game. I don't think TT is as good as Vince but he knows how to win and on that I'm curious to see him play.

I can't wait to post on all these non Gatpr boards after Timmy has been a QB in the league for a few years and is doing well. I wonder when people will stop all the hating onhim. He has won and won big and done it with class. Maybe when he is done beating your teams you will stop the constant hating.
What are all you haters going to say next year when we do well with Brantley?

I watched the interview, and he also said that wildcat formation or a scat back would suit him well.
