Actually my dad (Ole Miss fan) has told me about that one for years, he said they got stopped at the state line the next week trying to haul that clock to Alabama.

Crossing the bridge leaving Vicksburg for several years after, there was a sign that said..."You are now entering Louisiana, please set your clocks back 4 seconds."
