It was a dead ball penalty AFTER Tennessee kicked on fourth down. With the change of possession, it would have been Alabama ball, with a penalty backing them up for the knee they wouldn't have to take since time had expired.
EDIT: Oh snap, they kicked on third? Nevermind. It still went across the line of scrimmage, Alabama recovered the ball, and time had expired.
