It's odd that its being reported that he never lost consciousness and checked with Meyer as to whether or not he lost the ball afterward assuming what you are saying is true GP. I'm no medical professional but at least according to the wiki on concussions all three major classifications state that you must have a loss of consciousness to be deemed "severe"

He most certainly looked like he got knocked out directly after the hit.

His arms appeared rigid and there was no movement.

It was brief, but he looked out.

That young man was motionless on the ground for several minutes. The vomiting indicates brain trauma serious enough to cause involuntary paroxyms. Whoever decided to rush him to the hospital was thinking straight. A severe concussion is no laughing matter.

Hope to see Tebow healthy and suited up in Baton Rouge on Saturday night October 10!
