got my tickets to the LSU-UGA game. I was feeling pretty happy until I realized I was going to be in the middle of UGA fans (Section 115)...here's the kicker-with a couple of friends wearing Ohio State Jerseys 
Now this is my first time visiting Athens and I feel compelled to ask you...how much do you hate visiting LSU fans accompanied by OSU fans?

A few quick tips on visiting Athens:
-You will be barked at...if being barked at makes you angry, don't go.
-DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, WALK AROUND OFF UGA PROPERTY WITH AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCHOHOL. YOU WILL BE TICKETED.
-Visit downtown, 30+ bars/resturants/clubs in a 4 or 5 block area. I'm too old to know what the latest hippest clubs are, but I like the Globe, City Bar, and RoadHouse. These are old haunts of mine (I'm 36).

Quite frankly, a visiting LSU fan from Boston accompanied by OSU fans in the UGA section might confuse folks enough to not whoop your arse.

uga fans r pretty friendsly for the most part unless u like GA tech they jus bark which even as a UGA fan is annoying

You'll be fine. UGA-LSU is not the hate/hate rivalry like LSU-Bama, UGA-Florida, etc. As for your friends wearing OSU jerseys, they will blend in with all the red. As for you wearing yellow or purple, no big deal. Whenever UGA plays Tennessee, or AU in Athens, there is always some orange sprinkled here and there. Section 115 is in the corner, where the visitors will run out. Your also @ the edge of the student section, and pretty close to the Redcoat Band. Have fun...

Last I checked, the game was going to be on ABC (ESPN)
