Ours being lower might be a function of how much we are spending on renovations as well.

I assumed this is strictly just income, and not profit. Our profit would be way lower as we are paying off the bonds for the North Endzone expansion, Mal Moore Athletic Building, Bryant Hall, and in the near future the South End Zone expansion.
