The difference between Saban and Miles is this.
Saban motivates as a dictator in a negative way. It's never his fault when his team loses, it's the teams fault or the players fault. If they follow Saban's process then they will never lose.
Miles is more of a positive motivator. He brings a lot of positive team building skills he learned in Michigan and since. And he still has the same intensity level as Saban, just in a more positive way.
Players and coaches choose to work/play for Saban knowing he is an arse but realize they can improve and maybe make it to the next level because of the success he has had.
Players and coaches choose to work/play for Miles because they can achieve the same goals but not have to work for an arse.
They both get results and are top recruiters. I consider Miles an upgrade because because we get slightly better results then Saban without all the drama of demeaning others when Saban does not get his way.
