Paul Finebaum says the gumps season will only be successful if they make it back to Atlanta for the SEC championship. I don't see that happening, so I can only come to the logical conclusion that Finebaum thinks this season will be a failure for the gumps

I predict Bama will start the season with a 3 game losing streak come Atlanta.

I also predict mass suicide all across the state of Alabama when the gumps suffer their 3rd loss in a row against Virginia Tech

We will be in Atlanta twice this year.

sooooooo, finebaum is not predicting our season will be a failure, you are. good to know.

Bama will be a contender.

The Gumps on a whole are a delusional self entitled fan based but this talk of them losing to VT is delusional as well. Sounds like VT lost their 1rst and 2nd string running backs and their OLT. They are overrated which will bode well for bama's ranking much like clemson did last year. Once again bama's schedule is weak....AGAIN. They have a good shot at getting to Atlanta.

WhoLeo predicts Calhoun will never make it out of Calhoun County.

I don't know why you are so obsessed with everything Alabama, but your inferiority complex is fully justified. If the prospect of Alabama losing to Va Tech will negate the pain of Auburn's impending loss to LA Tech, then I really do feel sorry for you. It must be disappointing to see your biggest rival returning to elite status while the barn fades once again into obscurity. Enjoy "Gene 5-19" and accept your inherent role as a middle-of-the-pack SEC West team with some humility.

CC, you know that Bama fans in general are just like Finebaum. Keep predicting the same shite and eventually they will be right. It's a process. Aight?

So you're counting the VT game and the Peach Bowl?

Check Alabama's schedule. They don't have to be the best to make it to Atlanta. They have as good of a chance as anyone.

How many of those coaches led Bama to the #1 ranking, a BCS bowl, and back-to-back top-ranked recruiting classes?
Fact: Nick Saban has as many BCS bowl appearances, as many 12-win seasons, and half as many SEC Championship Game appearances in two years as Tommy Tuberville did in 10 years at Auburn. Not to mention five weeks at #1 in the country--something Tubs never accomplished.
