You asked a question. You didn't answer mine.
The truth is that if Kiffy had led the Raiders to anything remotely positive the Vols would be touting it left and right.
To answer your question: Saban and Spurs failed at the NFL. However, they have a bit more on their resume than just the NFL. Your coach has little more than a famous father and a small spot under Petey's sack.
