LR has a more diverse economy. I won't argue that. The sheer number of government jobs and medical jobs in the state capitol outdoes the vendor community in NWA. That said, NWA has a very healthy economy and I and many others do quite well here.
No, no hookup with the drag queen. Not my bag, baby. Haha. I just don't honestly have a problem with the gays. One of my best friends is gay, even though I call wrt a cocksucker and such.
She wasn't really agressive, and I can tolerate that. More than anything I was impressed with the effort and the final result. She was one of the nicest people I talked to all night. Haha.
The gays help Keep Fayetteville Funky, IMO.

@SLC:
Word on that. I usually avoid the super collegy places, too. I like Brewski's. They have a good staff. Crown Pub has a good staff, too. I find Stir intolerably douchey, and OTR can be that way, too. Game weekends are generally a little more grown up with all of the fans from out of town.
Louie's in North Fayetteville ("uptown") is more my speed. Its the best true sports bar in town, IMO.
