That's pretty much the only way it would make sense, but even then it doesn't make much.

Let's say we have a book that cost $140 at the bookstore, usually you can sell those back at the end of the semester for around $100. So the book only cost you $40. So it would have to be cheaper than that if a player was gonna sell it.

Not to mention the player had to go through the trouble of signing up for the class and then dropping it after he got the book.

If you did this with three books you're only looking at making $100, MAYBE.

It's not worth the trouble.

From my understanding they did it for friends, probably just to be nice, or because the situation was there to exploit.

I know when I was that age I would do shite like that, just because it could be done.
