Although 200 student athletes have been implicated in the violations (all revolving around textbooks and other school supplies), only five football players were involved.
Expect there to be (relatively) stiff penalties for the track team, and something of a slap on the hand for the football team (four scholarships over two years is the current guess). There could be stiffer penalties - some of these infractions did occur during the “repeat offender” period.
