Solid post +1
I wish more threads were like this. I try to post statistical based threads but they don't gain much traction.
Stats > Opinions....... therefore most people don't chime in.

Our team was just fine with SEC record setting individuals.
Give any team a Matt Jones or Darren McFadden (or any of the other 25 draft picks) and they go well over .500
In my opinion.

That may very well be the problem with Arky....they put too much emphases on individuals rather than team unity.....

There is no evidence of this and if there was, who was that coach?
Regardless, the point stands.
You give ANY OTHER TEAM those individuals and that team goes over .500

It's like saying:
"Florida went .500 for 4 years but Tebow and Co. are just individuals."
Well, frick. That's what a "team" is. A group of individuals. If they don't play as a team, who do you look to?
That's right! The coach.

Well I think they might be on the right path with the long overdue coaching change.

I think a team having Hillis, Jones, McFadden, and Monk on offense should have brought home some serious team hardware.
