"Wrong, the PAC 10 is worse.
Simply put, they are afraid to put their best vs our best. The PAC 10 and the Big 10 refuse to allow a +1 or a playoff. The SEC and the ACC are willing. Until the PAC 10 relents and allows a plus 1 or playoff, their fans deserve to be abused. WAC 10 is pathetic"
please show facts that show the pac 10 is afraid to put their best against your best. USC would play anyone in the SEC. trust me i would love nothing better, us fans are also sick of playing big 10 teams. BTW didnt auburn just decline playing UCLA

Yet for some reason Jay, the SEC cannot manage anything close to a winning record in the last decade v. the pansie conference.
did the dude not just say the Pac-10 is only 9-6 against us in the last decade? i mean correct me if im wrong here.. but if thats your idea of not even coming close..

That's right. 3 of 5 = 60

Wouldn't a conference head-to-head be according to team rankings within their conference? If so, it would/could look something like...
USC - UF
Ore - Ala
OSU - UGA
Cal - Miss
Ari - Van
ASU - SCar
Sta - LSU
UCL - Ten
WSU - Ken
Was - Aub
(Ark, MSU)
*Ken, Aub, Ark are all tied within the conference. Didn't apply any tiebreaker research.

It's cool, Tang...
Not busting your chops on the percentage calculation. Just not much of a Pac 10 fan so I couldn't let you widen the margin too much.

recently yes, but to use your argument the sec has played the weakest teams. it will all work out in the future so..

I don't think conference strength should be influenced by the number of teams a conference has. So because the SEC has 12 and the Pac-10 has 10, it would not be fair to leave the 2 worst SEC teams out of this sort of match-up. I think you should leave out the SEC 6 and 7 placed teams, or 1 and 12 placed teams. Something like that.
Then you'd have:
USC-Florida
Oregon-Alabama
Oregon State-Georgia
Cal-Ole Miss
Arizona-Vanderbilt
Stanford-Tennessee
Arizona State-Kentucky
UCLA-Arkansas
Washington State-Auburn
Washington-Mississippi State
or
USC-Alabama
Oregon-Georgia
Oregon State-Ole Miss
Cal-Vanderbilt
Arizona-South Carolina
Stanford-LSU
Arizona State-Tennessee
UCLA-Kentucky
Washington State-Arkansas
Washington-Auburn
