Perfect Game has LSU appropriately ranked at #1 (reigning national champion, greatest baseball program, undefeated) but honestly, I like being ranked #2 more…

Unless I can't find it, I do not think PG is taken into consideration for seeding for the Tournament. I think it is only the ranking on NCAA website. I could be wrong.

I don’t think any of the sites (D1, Baseball America, Perfect Game) are really leaned on for seeding.
It’s mostly all about RPI, SOS and conference wins (at least for the SEC)
