Damn does the rivalry mean anything to these kids?

Not much. If an aggy transfers to Texas or vice versa, there was never any rivalry or team loyalty to that player. It about the $$$. You can add ou to that equation also.

Heard he wasn’t too happy in College Station and Texas had holes to fill. They’re not paying this kid much.

Hopefully he enjoys riding the pine in Austin also. Needs to concentrate on his school work.

I get that kids want playing time, but OL is a position that the 1st year is best spent on strength and conditioning and not getting run over by bigger and faster DL guys.

He was depth at A&M and will be depth at Texas. The transfers that start have game experience.

That's what I said. Entering portal from a team losing OL to graduation/NFL and going elsewhere hoping to be a starter is a sketchy move for a serious football player.
