An interesting parallel: 1999 season to 2025

-Good, not great talent team.
-Early devastating loss to inferior team
-Goes on road vs top 3 team and gets upset when everyone had written them off
-Brutal rest of schedule with close wins against ranked teams
-Another loss to an SEC team that due to some critical bad mistakes
-Epic close win against Barn in JHS
...beatdown of the same top 3 team in SECCG
*a kicker that misses critical kicks as well...we wont talk about bowl game

Believe in that bowl game vs Tom Brady Chris Samuels (Lombardi Award Winner) had to sit out. That alone cost us the game vs Meeechigan, not counting the missed XP.

Thats correct. Samuals easily flips that game to Bama
