Rough year for sure in Columbia.
As a sidenote, I coached my son's Pop Warner football team against a team that had Klubnick, Ethan Burke, Isaiah Sategna, and Jaden Greathouse on it. Somehow we kept it tied at halftime but it ended as expected. Sategna moved to Arkansas later but the other 3 won a few State Titles at Westlake High School in Austin.

If winning's important get an alt team.
Become a UGA, Bama or Indiana fan (like I have) or pick some other possibly exciting team to root for (LSU comes to mind). You can still root for your team of course.
Sanity is more important than forcing yourself to be a SCar fan only
