I don’t think any of those teams would be favored over Texas on a neutral field. That being said, Texas is way too inconsistent to go on a four game run anyways in the event they beat down on the Ags. I’d prefer to see those teams get a shot. College Football is more than the SouthEast.

BYU can bring it against anyone but Tumbleweed Tech. Miami has a lot of talent on both LOS and an inconsistent QB. Utah is out

They still had a head coach and a decent amount of starters left. Why are we pretending like they didn’t go four quarters with A&M, Texas, Ole Miss, and Georgia?
