Anyone watch HS ball?

How'd reoublic get good at men's football and even men's basketball. Growing up down there the ladies were the only athletes.
Seems like in class 4 or 5 whatever they are now. They're the new Webb city of yesteryear. I think this is like 6 times in a row or 6 out of 7 or last 8 where republic has beaten Webb city including twice this year now.
What's their secret. Outside of when I waa like 10 y/o they were everyone bitch when I was growing up

RepMo has grown like crazy. 8,000 population in 2000 to now over 22,000. They've spent a lot of money too, just finished a $22M indoor facility with a full length football field.
