Just saw Jalen Hurts miss Smitty by 10 yards when Smitty had no one within 10 yards of him in any direction. That was 2017 vintage from Hurts there...he just had to put it on him.

Eagles defense is a problem.

I’d argue their offense is more of a problem. Mainly because their OL is banged up

They need to stop calling runs on first down...their OL is bad this year.

Yeah that was bad. Just throw a line to him, even if he has to stop. It’s a 50+ yard gain.

I could imagine after winning the superbowl your mindset changes and the hunger becomes less.

I think Hurts problem is the last few years he’s been able to play the position fairly conservatively and have a ton of team success because of it. Last night he threw his first pick of the season but my post about the Smitty miss is partly why. Hurts threw that pass like Smith was fairly covered and only wanted his guy to have a possible play on it. He’s playing more like 2017 Hurts out there last night and through the first five games really.

The reason that’s not going to cut it for a franchise quarterback is his OL is not as good as it has been for his entire career. They cannot establish the run right now. They need to be a pass first offense. 2025 is a year where he’s going to need to hit windows and take a few more calculated risks.

Tua also had an INT that wasn’t his fault

Waddle had the ball in his hands and basically lateraled the ball to the defender

I think Bryce will be fine if they build a decent OL for him. McMillan is a WR1.

Bryce played great, pass to renfrow at the end was all #9. Tua will be fine. I always root for the teams with the BAMA players so the Ravens just have been a huge disappointment.

Looks like the Ravens and Dolphins will pick high, a shame because it looks like this year the AFC is wide open

I know that is basically the only way you can win as the starting QB for a team like the Panthers...still is crazy to see.
