Can’t remember what podcast I heard it on but something about JA’s contract has wording in it that he will be in the post game press conference.
Is this true? If so complete bullshite. What if he isn’t the starter it would be weird as hell him sitting there not even playing.
Also there is no reason why Atkins wasn’t beside Freeze after the aTm game

I’ve always wondered why he’s there.
What a weird deal. I guess it’s one of those things for his “brand”
I haven’t seen anyone else with that situation but I don’t watch many other teams post game press conferences.

Xavier Atkins was a bad man and he absolutely deserved to be in the presser. Hell he deserved to score himself ,and not give the offense the TD they did not deserve.
For the fellow Auburn diehAUrds a similar situation played out while Gus was our coach but I cannot remember which game it was. In particular, I knew our offense was struggling so once our defender picked off the ball I knew he had to house it or it's not getting scored at all. I believe the DB ended up getting tackled at the 30 or so and we only maybe got a FG out of it. We lost in a close game.
