No. They will compete but will settle into a role more like LSU where they’re a championship contender every 5-6 years or so.
We won’t see a run again where they land #1 recruiting classes almost every year for 16 straight years. Another issue is even if you land top recruiting classes half of those guys end up transferring within 2 seasons. They can’t hoard all those top 100 recruits for their entire college career any longer.
