Has an NFL conference championship atmosphere.
ACC and Big 12 should consider doing it for their championship games

Certainly helps for attendance. Fan bases usually couldn't afford to travel for multiple games as well.

They should only have 3 neutral site games. The semis and the title. And big 6 bowl games will rotate who are playoff games each year.

Pac 10.had theirs on campus for first few years. Was great when it was at Oregon.
