Alabama football has become increasingly weak since the hiring of this strength staff from Indiana. I've observed this previously and now that Indiana has risen as a program, it's obvious. S&C needs a change IMO.

Keep thinking all is well in the offseason.

Postseason football is built in the weight room and chow hall. Law of nature.

I was a collegiate strength coach

I’m well aware how of what goes on in a weight room, and how good our current staff is

So you would change absolutely nothing at all? What do you think factored into losing octane in the trenches the last few years?

I don't believe Saban forgot what a good Bama prospect looks like in 10th thru 12th grade. There are always some misses, but I'm of the belief that the development has been more of an issue.

Will Anderson didn't have the same help on his DL as Tim Williams etc and it showed by how often he was double teamed.

Bryce Young was running for his life in a lot of games in 2022. Auburn and Tennessee especially. That's a loss of octane in the trenches.

Saban wasn’t the problem on the staff
