The goddamn bubble screens. I know those are largely based on what Beck sees at the LOS, but holy hell are they predictable. Helen Keller can see when Carson is checking into it.

Kiffin is known for calling the exact same play twice in a row, or even three times in a row, until the defense stops it. Is Kiffin also a play calling moron?

I hate them too but Todd "Jesus Christ" Monken ran them all the time too, all the way to two NC's for us.

Monken wasn't predictable, and it didn't seem like bubble screens were an automatic check in his scheme.

He called a WR screen down 15 with 2 minutes to go. I know you’re a Disney but for the love of god can you get some perspective?
Also, we haven’t gotten any better on offense since the start of the season. That HAS to be coaching to a certain degree

We'd already given up, just getting practice reps at that point. Give me an example in the first 3 quarters.

That's all subjective, but the objective fact remains that Monken ran the shite out of multiple types of WR screens in all downs and distances.

Also, running a bunch of zone read when the defense knows your QB won't keep the ball is just retarded.

And what about all the wide open OM receivers? Completely uncontested passes downfield plus plenty of yards after catch. Even with Dart's backup.

They were all bad. The entire offense as a unit failed.
