Some talk on 247 and Twitter that the Alligator is about to release an article that could get Todd Golden into hot water.
There's speculation about what it's about but nothing concrete.
The only thing I can say at this moment is there's a lot of talk about this article.
As if things couldn't get worse after the Napier announcement.

Why would The Alligator torpedo the MBB program now? Let a rival program dig up the dirt so at least the UAA can deny it. Hahaha

If there's legitimately a scandal with MBB, then yes publish it. But if it's taking some loose rumor and running with it just to make the AD look bad, that's really dumb.
Stricklin looks bad enough as it is. His time will come. No need to drag the one good hire Stricklin actually made into it.

I saw some of the details floating around on Twitter. Guessing it will take some time to play out, appeals, reviews, etc.
I doubt they bench CTG during the investigation. He’ll keep coaching in the meantime, hopefully.

Rumors about Golden being "loose" have been swirling around since last year honestly.
