We Have the Worst Defense Possible.

I mentioned this in another thread, but obviously our defense is the issue here.
Our defense provides just enough resistance so that the other team can go on a 10 minute TD drive over and over.

That, coupled with a boom or bust, quick-scoring offense is a recipe for disaster, and that's what you're seeing each week.

The offense either scores quickly or goes 3 and out, and then we trot out our piece of shite defense that will inevitably get their shite pushed in for 5-10 minutes on a long TD drive, and then the offense has to come out and try to score quickly because it's getting late in the game.


Others have mentioned this. The solution to all of our defensive woes is more blitzing. We need a boom or bust defense to match our boom or bust offense.
Whenever we blitz we have success. Maybe our coaches will realize this, but I seriously doubt it.
