I got the gist of it but Batesville needs to be careful because the last thing they need is someone going through financials.
When the Indco county sheriff office is involved and you add Possibly the AAA. Its not going to be good.

If what was posted is true. Kid got off light.
Especially with the threat of school shootings lately.

A Southside School District student is facing two misdemeanor counts of cyberbullying in connection with “very inappropriate” social media posts about the Batesville High School football team and its coach, according to K8 News.
Megan Renihan, communications coordinator for the Batesville School District, told K8 News that the prosecuting attorney’s office filed the charges on Tuesday.
According to K8 News, after Batesville Superintendent Ken James learned of the posts on Sept. 17, he immediately contacted Southside Superintendent Dion Stevens. James then spoke with local law enforcement and the state Attorney General’s Office for assistance in the investigation.
In response to the television station on Wednesday, Southside Superintendent Dion Stevens declined to comment on whether the student would face repercussions at school.

James noted in a statement to parents and guardians that the post had since been deleted but said it was “very inappropriate, disturbing, and potentially litigious.”
