These claims have been around forever. No idea if they are legit, but from what I've seen in the past they basically say they are taking the water and separating the hydrogen and oxygen. Then you can burn them as a fuel.
The concept is legit, hydrogen cars exist. But supposedly the issue is the energy required to turn the water into hydrogen and oxygen.
This guy claims he's going it with batteries. Ok, how are those batteries recharging? He didn't mention anything about needing a different alternator etc.
I'm down for it, but all I ever see is clickbait.
