They don’t believe in a Messiah. They believe they are the chosen. If you want to learn, read the Bible.

The Jews do believe in a Messiah, but they don't think Jesus is the Messiah. They will tell you that Jesus didn't fulfill all the OT prophecies except for some of the obscure ones (i.e. riding into town on a donkey).

The Messiah is supposed to defeat Israel's enemies, rebuild the third temple, and then usher in an era of peace. These things obviously haven't happened. Of course, Christians would say this happens in the second coming but the Jews reject the idea of the second coming completely. They would say there is no concept of the second coming in the OT scriptures.

Judaism does not accept Jesus as the Messiah for several reasons:

Messianic Expectations: Jewish teachings describe the Messiah as a future leader who will bring about certain changes in the world, such as world peace, the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem, and the gathering of all Jews back to the Land of Israel. Since these events did not occur during Jesus' lifetime, many Jews do not view him as fulfilling these messianic prophecies.

Different Interpretations of Scripture: Jews and Christians interpret the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testament) differently. Many passages that Christians view as prophetic references to Jesus are not interpreted the same way in Jewish tradition.

The Nature of God: In Judaism, God is understood as a singular, indivisible entity. The concept of the Trinity in Christianity, which includes Jesus as the Son of God, conflicts with Jewish theological principles about the nature of God.

Historical Context: During Jesus' time, there were many individuals who claimed to be the Messiah. Judaism traditionally evaluates such claims against the criteria set forth in Jewish texts, and Jesus did not meet those criteria according to Jewish standards.

These differences in beliefs are rooted in varying interpretations of religious texts and expectations about the Messiah.
