If you can't pay your students a livable wage per year, then have fun functioning as a University.

Too bad we don't spend any of it on sports. The school leaves the athletic department to fend for itself.

Does anyone know what the hell is going on here? Is this just one dude ranting to himself because colleges don’t pay students?
