I forgot to mention that ATT stadium is one of the few major venues that you can just drive up to and park without having to worry about reserving a spot and it accommodates a college town tailgating atmosphere. Plus it will have another half billion dollars or so in upgrades by the time the MB contract is up.
The TRE rail will likely stop at the Arlington entertainment district by then also.

Fans can pretty much do the same at the MB. They tailgate right next door at the mammoth Georgia World Congress Center parking lot and go inside the GWCC to enjoy the festivities that are ongoing congruent with the sporting event.

The College Football Hall of Fame is within a short walking distance from Mercedes-Benz, too.
