Thank Saban.
How is this Saban's fault?

He is actually one of the few with influence that is trying to get people to understand that the current system is unsustainable.

Am I missing something?

Laws like this implicitly address the lack of sustainability.

The NCAA can't keep playing the amateur card, and the fact that they're refusing to address this in a meaningful way means states have to jump in and prevent them from status quo.

That dirty SOB buying teams and paying players is why we have NIL.

The reason he hated NIL? It took away his cheating advantage. Then the little scumbag cuts and runs.

No. You know exactly how he is at fault. You're just playing dumb.

Um, the law changes what the NCAA can do. That sounds like creating a rule for the NCAA

Well, that's because you're stupid. A law is passed by our representatives. The NCAA is an organization that has to follow the law.

Failed 6th grade civics, I gather?

How stupid. He's the one that tried to warn you then tried to get it fixed.

Tried to warn us when? Between paying players and then siccing his lapdogs at the NCAA on any other school that tried it?

Then?

Or, when?
