So no, he was 'neglecting' nothing. He was answering a ridiculous assertion with a valid point. Why would he reference years where Alabama WAS a powerhouse?

Alabama had won 10 in a row and a fan saw B Jones in a gas station. Took out a $10.00 bill and got him to sign it.
