The whole resume matters in job searches do they not? It's not Pearl's fault Oats is just a HS coach.

So shouldn't Bruce Pearl have been the leading candidate instead of Nate Oats? It's not Oats fault that nobody wants Bruce Pearl and his resume' except Auburn.
