Ok. You can see Alabama's average home attendance for each year here and you can see Auburn's attendance since they moved to Neville here.

In terms of team performance, the Oats-Pearl statistical comparison has been made many times, so I'll give you a different perspective.

The NCAA tournament expanded to 32 teams in 1975. In the 49 years since, Auburn and Alabama have both had seven permanent head coaches.

Three of Auburn's head coaches led them to at least one NCAA tournament appearance. All seven of Alabama's have done so.

Alabama isn't Kentucky, or even Arkansas but their history of basketball success is significantly better than Auburn's.
