1. Supposed to be drinking
2. Smart enough to call a fricking cab

Also, you should never join the military. When the legal AGE was raised to 21, and the legal limit lowered to .08, COMNAVAIRLANT and COMNAVAIRPAC lowered it to .05 on base.
