My kid, Samford student athlete, is losing his shite right now. So glad he had a test today so that we were not there in person. Would have been even more devastated spending $3000 for a couple of plane tickets and a hotel to walk out with a loss after another blown call by a ref. Already been through that as an AU grad in Minneapolis. Samford deserved a shot to take it down 5 on 4 with 14 seconds left for a chance at the win. Absolute garbage that something so blatant cannot be corrected in that situation.

I didn’t say the call was good, and I know we’re losing in two days even if we coasted tonight
But Samford still had another shot and couldn’t convert. They probably would’ve won by 3 possessions if it went to OT
