Agree our lack of Q1 wins probably keeps us on the 4-line. However, the last 3-seed probably comes down to these three:
Quad 1 records:
Kentucky: 6-7
Duke: 5-4
Auburn: 2-7
Quad 1+2 records:
Auburn: 12-7
Duke: 11-8
Kentucky: 8-8
Quad 1+2+3 records:
Auburn: 21-7
Duke: 18-8
Kentucky: 16-9
I feel like Kentucky’s .500 record against Quad 1+2 is just as much of an asterisk as Auburn’s lack of Q1 wins…. Not to mention a Q3 loss to go along with that.
SOR:
12- Auburn
16- Duke
19- Kentucky
NET:
5- Auburn
10- Duke
19- Kentucky
I mean…. Auburn is really way ahead of those other two in every meaningful metric accept Q1 wins. Will be interesting to see what the committee focuses on.

Also. I know RPI is an outdated, unused metric now by the committee. But right now RPI looks like this:
9- Auburn
33- Duke
42- Kentucky
I know the committee no longer uses RPI, but going back to the days when it was the major benchmark, teams with RPI’s in the 40s just never got 3-seeds.
