Article from the Courier Journal that lists him as one of the 8 likely candidates says this:

Breaking it down:
1. “I don’t plan on going anywhere.”
Well, plans can change quickly.
2. “I’m not paying a $12 million dollar buyout”.
Hint: Louisville needs to pay it. (It drops to 10 million next week which is only 2 seasons salary.)

You says as if it's only $12. Yeah schools got money but they are also greedy too
