Is ESPN Having Technical Issues This Afternoon?

Surely something is wrong at ESPN. I just saw a halftime basketball score that said Houston 40 Kansas 21. Surely that is a glitch. There is zero way a blue blood such as Kansas could only score 21 points in a half of basketball. Is there? Surely they are having some technical issues at ESPN. I hope they can get it sorted out.
